We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, unused licenses, remaining license periods, compatibility issues caused by third-party platforms, or customer-side setup decisions.
Our Software is sold as a downloadable product license.
We do not provide a subscription-based online service, hosted trading service, managed trading account, or recurring access plan.
A purchase provides access to the Software according to the license terms shown at checkout and in our Terms of Service.

Coding services involve time and resources allocated specifically to your project. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing or required by applicable law, fees for work already performed, together with non-cancellable third-party expenses you authorized, are non-refundable.
A change of mind, a change in your requirements, or dissatisfaction with trading or business results does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Scope changes and project cancellation are subject to our Terms of Service and the written project agreement.
